Well I knew it might happen, I forgot to actually post my post yesterday…oops…here it is a day late but just as yummy! We will have two posts today here is the first, yesterday’s prompt was – “Food”
I decided to not just pick one food that I am thankful for….in this category what I am most thankful for in my life is an eating plan or style around food…the Trim Healthy Mama Eating Plan. It is a low carb eating plan that makes sense, explains how foods work in our bodies and best of all worked for me! I lost 50 lbs. eating real food by changing my eating pattern and paying attention. One of my favorite foods from the THM eating plan is their low carb recipe for Pancakes! Oh my goodness….they taste just like what you would get from IHOP and are full of protein and are good for me and I don’t get a blood sugar drop and hour after I eat them!!! How can you beat that?
